ALEXANDER BORKOV St. Petersburg   Alexander Borkov is an unusually active artist from St. Petersburg. His works are exhibited regularly at home and abroad. Mr. Borkov is a graduate of the Herzen Pedagogical Institute, Faculty of Graphic Arts and member of the Russian Artists Union. Outside of Russia, Mr. Borkov has spent most time in Canada.
