GLEB BOGOMOLOV
St. Petersburg
Gleb Bogomolov is among the best known artists from St. Petersburg. In Soviet times, when Mr. Bogomolov's native city was still called Leningrad, he drew attention to himself as participant in the dissident artists movement.
In 1974 he took part in the First Exhibition of Non-Conformist artists at the Gaza Palace of Culture, Leningrad. Since then, Mr. Bogomolov exhibited his works in more than 197 locations in Russia and abroad.
